The Vault 2016 Apps have been released - in record time this year.
Vault Mirror, Drawing Compare and Project Thunderdome (Just in time for Mad Max 4) have all been launched amidst great fanfare.
A few important changes this year include the ability for users, for the first time in Drawing Compare, to compare more than one sheet in a DWF.
As of 2016 users can select 2 document revisions or versions (with DWF attachments) and move through the sheets to compare related views (sheet 2 to sheet 2 for example).
This has been requested for quite some time and a major usability enhancement, but that's not all - we also made your comparison colors sticky, meaning you can now persist your favorite color pallette between operations, no more flipping back and forth!
Vault Mirror has not been forgotten either, a number of enhancements were made to the command line functionality, improving error feedback, resolving working folder switch issues as well as now defaulting to working folder when the user does not specify a folder for the mirror operation.
Vault Mirror performance has also had a overhaul, 2016 now using multi-threading capabilities to speed up the download and providing significant performance improvement (3x in some testing).
Finally there are no major changes to Project Thunderdome, but it has renewed importance this year enabling administrators to deploy common Copy Design settings to all users.
