If you have Fusion Lifecycle questions or are looking for best practices for setup, workflows, etc., I encourage you to head over to the dedicated Fusion Lifecycle Forum. Not only is it a great place to have your technical questions answered by the Autodesk team, but there are also numerous fellow PLM users who have become quite the experts through trial and error themselves. This thread around setting up reminder notifications in Fusion Lifecycle is a prime example of customers helping customers, and includes some great information if you're interested.
Consider making participation in the Forum (at least scanning through the posts once a month) one of your 2017 resolutions next year. There's a lot of great tidbits to be learned to help you get the most out of your PLM tool. Even better - consider offering solutions to other users in need.
